3.From April 1st to April 5th, due to the suspension of business of all postal outlets in the Puxi area, the declaration business at the customs clearance window of the post office will be suspended.

Truck Transportation

During the epidemic control period, drivers of trucks transporting on roads in Shanghai must hold the following two certificates before they can go on the road (the original text of the announcement):

1. The EIR screenshot of the "Electronic Equipment Handover Form" for this transportation task is an A4 paper printout (see the attachment for the sample);

2. Nucleic acid negative report within 48 hours.
